Laggner Constructions undertook a significant renovation of our early 1960s home, involving an extension and complete remodelling of all the living and outdoor areas. We couldn’t be happier with our new/old home. We now receive nearly daily compliments on the house from passers by and visitors alike.

Steve recommended architect Janet Thomson to turn our ideas into architectural plans and Janet seamlessly managed all of the approvals processes for us. Janet’s attention to detail was outstanding. Steve met with us onsite weekly to provide updates, which was invaluable while we lived through the build, as well as providing regular updates and check ins as the build went along. Steve and brother Andrew managed our site with care and respect and the quality of their work is very high. Tony from Caliber Kitchens was excellent to work with, and we couldn’t be happier with the joinery inside and outside. Painter Ben and team were efficient and lovely to have onsite.

Thank you Steve for delivering for us a high quality project. The end result is a pleasure to live in and it feels like we have moved into a totally new home.
