We engaged Laggner Constructions to put in two attic ladders. The quotes were competitive, the product delivered was good quality and the installation process was very well managed. We were in the middle of a lot of renovation activity and were juggling many tradesmen in several worksites in the house, but Steve and his team were unfazed by it all. As it was necessary to engage a licensed builder for insurance purposes to do a major  renovation on my kitchen and laundry, I enquired via the Yass Noticeboard on Facebook. Whilst  I had several recommendations, all but Laggner Constructions were carpenters, unlicensed.  When I checked out the Laggner profile on Facebook I was impressed with what appeared to be  a very professional and proficient company.
When engaged to undertake the work, Steve Laggner was always very honest and upfront about  what was to take place, what my responsibilities would be, and what they would be doing at  each stage of the work. He always let me know if there were any questions, glitches, or changes  of timing for each day of work. Communications were via email, text messages, and/or phone  calls. A willingness to engage in discussions and the flexibility to alter details as work proceeded  were very much appreciated.
Intelligence, a sense of humour and “can do” attitude ensured that this project was very  enjoyable for all concerned. These qualities along with professional workmanship meant that  the project went along smoothly, efficiently, no problem too big to solve.
In the not-too-distant future, I am hoping to engage them again, this time to renovate the family  bathroom.
